Remarkable Explanation of Alienation at Work

Remarkable Explanation of Alienation at Work

Recently, I came across a TED Talk that really struck to me more than any others, which I watch regularly anyway- Even though most of them are massively remarkable!

This TED Talk is perhaps the best explanation of how alienation and motivation at workplace functions, presented with a few interesting and relevant experiments that one can relate to, as opposed to studying alienation in theory, which to be honest can get pretty boring. It also engages with the ideas of motivation, feeling challenged, personal attachment and meaningfulness of work, related to the aptitude of workers. It is 20 minutes long TED Talk presented by Dan Ariely on ‘what makes us feel good about our work?’ (Filmed at RiodelaPlataxTED). Definitely worth a watch!
