In a playground of creativity, competition and excellence where exposure has hit an outlandish levels for its definition must be revolutionised. And among the most enthusiastic of species, students who are on a look out every single second for opportunities to learn, love or exhibit- Does it ever make you feel like your life takes many different versions and you want something different from each version? And well in a city like London there really are no limits except for the ones you draw out for yourself- you might want to say limitations can be of resources and opportunities but if you really want it, you can get it here- may be with more or less difficulty but you can get it. There is no better place than London for that!
So, are having too many options truly helping the situation. Are the dreams of limitless world a silhouette for an amazing reality? Or was life much simpler when we could categorize what we can and cannot do?
Living in a place where it is okay to want to be a first class student, obedient daughter, loving sister, journalist, true friend, team player, efficient employee, responsible citizen, social crsuter…. – all at the same time- Can we realistically get it all? Or are our expectation just gone off the roof?
Is there necessarily an opportunity cost- if so, what do we give up?
